ICE 4 / DB class 412

yeah I don't know how to properly write a suggestion but an ICE 4 would be nice. I don't like it that much though but I know someone who likes the ICE 4 and plays TSW so I thought "hey the ICE 4 is everywhere in germany anyways why not in TSW aswell" but maybe DTG is also going to do it for the next (next after Main-Valley-Line (Maintalbahn duh)) or the last DE route in the roadmap but who knows
